The Casper Surgical Center is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Operating Room Manager. The OR Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the OR and ancillary departments.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Current Wyoming nursing license
Experience in both the circulating and scrub roles -CNOR certification preferred (obtain within one year)
Knowledge/understanding of the Sterile Processing Department (obtain Sterile Processing Management certification within two years)
Knowledge of compliance/regulatory standards
Leadership experience (preferred)
Possess a knowledge of process improvement strategies and project management methods.

Monday through Friday
No weekends or holidays
